Our Neighborhood

The site is located north of downtown Carrboro. A branch of Bolin Creek forms the north boundary and Watters Road forms the south. Thirty acres of undeveloped woodlands cradle the east property and the Hanna Street neighborhood of modest homes anchors the west. The site's eight acres include three acres that will remain undeveloped.

The community is just a short walk down either Hanna Street or Watters Road to North Greensboro Street. Residents will be within minutes of Wilson Park and downtown restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and entertainment. Bike lanes flank North Greensboro Street and share a pedestrian trail along the creek, and the F bus stops at Hanna Street. A railroad right of way passes close by and may some day provide access to other communities and Research Triangle Park.
